The Bar-Star unit are equipped with the recent technology such as a 4-position energy saving power switch that reduces electrical power by 33% throughout night and stale hours leading to major cost savings. Thermal stability to the coffee groups make certain a continuing temperature and pre-infusion of the coffee grounds allow for consistent, balanced shots of coffee.
